Policy: Any return packages must be sent back to Latter-day Harvest within 30 days of invoice date, and must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase receipt. Shipping charges incurred due to the return or refusal of product, are the responsibility of the customer. All product must be in resaleable condition for a refund of the price of the product only. Latter-day Harvest will pay return shipping charges if we are in error. Packages returned after the 30 day return policy will be sent back under separate cover. If returned again, the product will be considered abandoned property and will not be refunded. Damaged/Defective Product: Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 10 days of delivery date. If not reported by that time, no refund will be issued. When reported, a service representative will file the proper claim and replace the damaged or defective product. Refused Shipments: The customer is responsible for shipping costs if shipment is refused without cause. A $5.00 handling fee is also included. Special Order Returns: Any orders that have been specially ordered in (i.e. CTR rings, rare books, etc.) are non-returnable. If a special order is refused, no refund will be issued and the product(s) will be considered abandoned property. Please note: a back order is NOT a special order, a special order item is something that is not normally stocked in our store. |
